Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on ligninolytic enzyme activity of the combination of Tf1(Pleurotus sajor-caju)and JG1(Pleurotus Cornucopiae Roll)of the wheat straw after the substrate solid state fermentation. Results showed that Lip and MnP were the major lignin-degrading enzymes of Tf1+JG1. Starch and wheat bran were the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources. After 9 d fermentation. the total enzyme activities were respectively 1 419.01 U/g and 1 626.64 U/g.
