On Establishing the Moral Education System of Colleges and Universities

The efficiency of moral education is always a difficult problem that perplexes the moral education in colleges. How to improve the efficiency of moral education in the new period? We should propose setting up modern moral educotion system to educate students and encourage them. Based on the connotation of moral education sysytem,this paper probes into the problem of how to establish ethical moral education system and build the system environment to construct moral education system in colleges. it also tries to set up a kind of new mode of moral education.
