Application and observation of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the application of comfortable nursing on the patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 60 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,30 cases in each group;the patients in control group were given routine nursing care;patients in observation group were given comfort care based on the conventional care,the nursing effect between both groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the proportion of patients with high and moderate comfort was 83.33%,it was significantly higher than that of control group(36.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The satisfaction of two groups were compared,the result in the observation group was 96.67%,it was significantly higher than that of control group(80%),which showed statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusions Comfort nursing care can effectively reduce the discomfort of acute pancreatitis patient,and also can effectively improve the patients' satisfaction,is worth popularizing.
