Transformation of Enterprises Technology Strategy and Technological Innovation Oriented to Circular Economy

On the level of technology, recycling economy is a new technology paradigm. The technology strategy and technological innovation should be adapted to the conversion of technology paradigm. The adjusting of technology strategy includes the choice of technology, technological methodology and technological concept. From the aspect breaking through innovation trap, this thesis analysis two groups form of technological innovation which include incremental innovation and radical innovation, product innovation and process innovation. As the main body of technological innovation, the enterprises should follow 3R rules of recycling economy and set up competition advantage through all kinds of technological innovation.
