Abstract

Since the beginning of the 1990s, technological innovation has become a goal pursued by the scientific and technological enterprises. Some of the topics on science and technology enterprises in the information and technological innovation on the basis of research results, as a major role in technology innovation 11 element analysis, and design into a complete system model. Its significance lies in the dynamic model of technological innovation activities, and technical guidance to facilitate the flow of innovation, the development of scientific and technological enterprises believe to be some reference value.
