This article statistics and analysis about the authors and cooperative situation of 《Information Science》 During 1998-2010 from China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database;Investigates the regional distribution、organization distribution、staff composition of the major authors;then it identifies and evaluates sixty-four Core Authors with the method of Comprehensive index.
