Abstract
This paper introduces the basic principle of phase locked frequency synthesize,analyses the charactics of integrated phase locked chip TC9181, obtains the design method of “swallow counter” serial digital phase locked frequency synthesizer based on TC9181, and obtains the good idea of the design of the digital phase locked frequency synthesizer.
