Abstract

Teaching effectiveness is an important criterion of assessing teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,which is also a critical way to improve its level. It is necessary to analyze of the negative factors on teaching effectiveness,introduce foreign teaching models,and upgrade higher vocational colleges teaching efficiency from aspects of talent training aim,teaching methods,teaching management and construction of teaching staff,so as to provide references for the reform of education in higher vocational colleges.
