Simple Discussion of Innovative Talents Education in College

Training innovative talent is the goal of higher education in new century.However,traditional educational mode,old teaching contents and teaching system,Chinese traditional culture inertia,seriously restrict the training of the innovative ability of students.To train the innovative talents,we should set up new idea of talents training,reform education mode widely and build new educational mode.Therefore,we should use some effective methods to improve students' innovative ability,for example,to innovate course,reform teaching methods and means,intensify practice education,reform carrier and improve the comprehensive qualities of the college teachers.
