Thinking on Training Innovative Talents in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

Training innovative talents is the task for the higher education institutions by the nation.In the new age,higher education institutions should set up the innovative talent-training system in an active way,understand accurately the characteristics of innovative talents,establish a new innovative talent-training model,renew the educational concept,strengthen the construction of teachers,make innovations in the rules and regulations of the teaching management,and take the road of enterprise-university-research in a cooperative way.
