Abstract

RAPD markers were used to assess the genetic diversity and to estimate genetic relationships among the 18 populations in difference regions. The 14 primers were screened from184 arbitrary primers, and a total of 129 loci were amplified;the length of fragments was between 400bp and 1 400bp,among which,101were polymorphic and accounted for 78.29%.The Shannon's information index gene diversity were 0.377 3.The genetic distance and cluster analysis showed that the genetic identity and genetic distance were obviously different, and indicating the significant correlation between geographical distribution and genetic distance.
