Measurement and Research of Urbanization Quality in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

The disadvantages of the traditional methods of evaluation of the level of urbanization are analyzed. And the measure of urbanization quality is presented from five aspects of the quality of economic development: social development,ecological environment,city construction,residents living and coordination of urban and rural,building comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization quality in Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration. Fuzzy clustering analysis method is used to measure and analyze the differences between the advantages and disadvantages of each city in urban agglomeration. Moreover,some suggestions for the city direction and strategies are given to promote the improvement of urbanization quality.
