A Measure Study on the Urbanization Quality of Shandong Province

This paper introduces the differences of urbanization comprehensive development level and urbanization quality,and point out the measure of urbanization quality is to review scientific and sustainable development of urbanization on the base of urbanization comprehensive development level.Then,the author takes Shandong Province as a case to analyze the urbanzation quality of Shandong Province macroscopically or microcosmically.Macroscopically aspect,the author adopted 3 judges about the urbanization quality to decide the basic periods of urbanization.Microcosmically aspect,the author take the assessment standard system about urbanization quality and calculates the urbanization quality index to analyze the current problems and development directions of the urban in Shandong Province.
