Observation on the Effect of Ozagrel on Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Ozagrel on treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,which the former treated with Ozagrel and the latter with composite salvia miltiorrhiza.The patients of both groups were attacked by acute cerebral infarction within 72 hours and received the same general treatment.After a course of 14 days,both groups were observed on the degree of nervous function defect before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of trentment group (88.0%) was obviously higher than that of control group(68.0%) (P0.05). Conclusion With safety and reliability,Ozagrel is an efficacious drug in treating acute cerebral infarction and thus worth popularizing for clinical purpose.
