Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of acupuncture therapy combined ozagrel on treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, which the former treated with ozagrel and the treatment group combined with acupuncture therapy. The patients of both groups were attacked by acute cerebral infarction within 72 hours and received the same general treatment. After a course of 14 days, both groups were observed on the degree of nervous function defect before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(88.0%)was obviously higher than that of control group(68.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion With safety and reliability, acupuncture therapy combined ozagrel is an efficacious method in treating acute cerebral infarction and thus worth popularizing for clinical purpose.
