Abstract

One hundred and three endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of 4 mangrove species,among them the strain B3.8 had stronger antibacterial activity and wider antimicrobial spectrum.The classification results showed that B3.8 belonged to Thielaviopsis,Dematiaceae,Moniliaceae.It had strong resistance to G-bacteria,G+ bacteria and partial epiphytes.
