Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on patients with angina pectoris.Methods:The number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption,treadmill exercise test,electrocardiogram at rest,heart rate and blood pressure were observed before and after the treatment of trimetazidine.Results:The number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption,out-comes of treadmill exercise tests,electrocardiogram at rest were significantly improved after the treatment of trimetazidine,the heart rate and blood pressure was no obvious change.Conclusion:Trimetazidine can bring about additional improvements in patients with angina pectoris.
