Clinic observation of patients with effort angina pectoris treated with trimetazidine

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on patients with effort angina pectoris identified by coronary angiography. Methods: Number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption,treadmill exercise test,heart rate and blood pression were observed before and after the treatment of trimetazidine 60 mg/d. Results: The number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption, out-comes of treadmill exercise tests were significantly improved after the treatment of trimetazidine 60 mg/d. Conclusion: Trimetazidine can bring about additional improvements in patients with effort angina pectoris.
