Abstract

It is the essential choice of Heilongjiang economic development to implement sustainable agriculture strategic aims. The aims is to develop agricultural products taking the corn products as a center work, meanwhile to do some works of population control, population quality improvement, reasonable utilization of agricultural resources, environment protection, as well as social administrative and assure system construction. To realize the aims, some works should be done, such as to accelerate the agriculture industrialization, to build a payment system of natural resources utilization, to develop green products, to make some measures for the construction of green produduct basis.
