Study on Low-carbon Economy and Countermeasures of Agriculture Sustainable Development——For Example Heilongjiang Province

Human survival and development must face the climate change challenges.In order to achieve economy,society,resources and the environment in harmony and sustainable development,we must develop low-carbon economy.Low-carbon economy based on low-power,low emissions,low pollution features,in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development mode of production and lifestyles.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province and bear the heavy responsibility to ensure national food security.In the global context of promoting low-carbon economy,how to achieve sustainable development of agriculture is very important.Based on the characteristics of agricultural areas in Heilongjiang Province,this paper put forward the countermeasures of modern agriculture and sustainable development with a low carbon economy.
