Abstract

Objective To summarize the transient ischemic attack(TIA) related factors associated with the carotid stenosis and cerebral blood flow,to explore the carotid ultrasound diagnosis value of transient ischemic attack patients. Methods 60 cases of TIA patients were selected as the observation group and 60 same health check person were selected as the control group, used carotid ultrasonography to detect cerebral blood flow velocity and other indicators,to analysis the correlation of the TIA and carotid artery disease and the detection value. Results The mean cerebral blood flow of 60 cases of patients in the observation group was(769.37±117.54)ml/min,mean cerebral blood flow of 60 healthy subjects was(1087.76±164.34)ml/min.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The vascular stenosis detection rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences between TIA patients and normal human brain blood flow, carotid artery ultrasonography can reflect sensitively and accurately the hemodynamic change in the brain, which have important significance to the early diagnosis of patients with TIA.
