Abstract
From Hemingway's growing circumstances and the historical background,this article discusses the main reasons of the forming of the Tragedy Consciousness in Hemingway.There are many clear expressions of the Tragedy Consciousness in Hemingway's works.The reason why Hemingway's works are moving exists in the fact that Hemingway,in spiritual pursuit,emphasizes the fearless spirit of action in strong tragedies,which results in an aesthetic sense of beauty.
