Abstract
[Objective]To study the acute toxicity of chloroben on Brachydanio rerio. [Method]The acute toxicity of chloroben on Brachydanio rerio is tested using a static bioassay test according to Water and Wastewater Monitoring Analysis Method( the Fourth Edition). [Result] The findings suggest that the concentration value of 96 h LC50 for chloroben is 5. 13 mg / L,while the value of the safe concentration is 0. 51 mg / L.[Conclusion]According to acute toxicity grading standard, chloroben belongs to highly toxic substance.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
