Abstract
Objective: Study effects of Cadmium on mechanies dynamics of gastric smooth muscle. Methods: Gastric smooth muscle have been poured by Cadmium Chloride of different consistency. Results: The induces of PT.RT.+dT/dtmat.-dT/dtmax decreased obvionsly after pouring Cadmium Chloride. These changes could be antogonised Ach.Conclusion: Cd 2+ might obviously inhibit the gastric smooth muscle machanies dynamics.
