Abstract
Objective Effect of efferent nerve system medicine to mouse exsomatize duodenum smooth myokinesis were observed.Methods The isolated mouse duodenal smooth muscle were simulated in vivo enviroment,the changes of isolated duodenal smooth muscle were observed when environment factors were varied in vivo by BL-420 biology functional system.When several efferent nervous system drugs were injected into isolated duodenal smooth muscle,the contraction of smooth muscle were subjected to different degree.Results Adrenalin and atropine cause smooth muscle decreased suppressing smooth muscle shrinkage force;Salicylic acid hyacinth bean alkali,tjaborandi alkali and acetylcholin can enhance the smooth muscle contraction and smooth muscle shrinkage force.Conclusion Efferent nerve system medicine have a conspicuous influence on isolated mouse duodenal smooth muscle.
