Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of adefovir dipivoxil on serum fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods The levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),La minin(LN),procollagen Type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and Collagen Type Ⅳ(CⅣ) were determined before treatments and after treatments for one year. Results The levels of HA,PCⅢ,CⅣ and LN decreased significantly after treatments(P0.01).There existed significant differences between the treatment group and contrast group(P0.01).Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil can effectively reduce serum fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
