The problems and countermeasures of vocational teacher training in our country

Abstract

Vocational teachers can be divided into two kinds,one is full-time teachers,the other is part-time teachers.Full-time teachers are trained by universities and colleges.Some of part-time teachers graduated from universities and colleges,and some came from industrial and mining enterprises.There are many problems in our vocational teacher training.In order to strengthen vocational teacher training we should standard training methods,implement engagement system,training system;and incentive system.
