Abstract

Objective: To explore the changes and clinical significance of the levels of IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) before and after treatment.Method:Using radioimmuology analytic technique to measure the serum levels of IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α in 35 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and 30 healthy control groups.Result:The serum levels of IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α before treatment in patients with RA have obviously increased and more higher than those in the healthy control groups(P0.05~0.01),but the serum levels of IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α after treatment are lower than the serum levels before treatment in RA patients(P0.05~0.01).Conclusion:To detect the levels of IL-1、IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum in patients with RA in the active period, the period after treatment and the lysis of RA respectively,to closely observe the disease and have effective treatment to avoid its relapse, are both of clinically value.
