Abstract

The HPLC is used to determine the content of purple Magnolia officinalis medicinal herbs and Magnolol and honokiol, content. ODS2C18( 200 mm x 4. 6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column is a dopted, and methanol ∶ water = 75 ∶ 25( V /V) is taken as mobile phase. Detection wavelength of 294 nm,velocity: 1. 0 ml /min,column temperature 25℃. The results of Magnolol, the average recovery was98. 10%,RSD = 0. 42%. Honokiol the average recovery was 99. 86%,RSD = 0. 86%. The method has good repeatability, high precision, good linearity, rapidity and high accuracy. and provides a scientific basis for Magnolia officinalis medicinal materials quality evaluation, variety breeding and content control.
