Abstract

This paper studies a multi-axis motion controller based on USB of PC's Windows operation system,drawing a data exchange protocol for positioning control—USBmc(USB for motion control).The format of data package and the process of operation are described in detail.The architecture of the system,the method of hardware and software realization are discussed deeply.The lib of motion control function is also provided for users,it's easier to implement special requirement by using it.This motion controller has been developed successfully and can be used now.
