Abstract

A design is described in the paper that step motor motion controller is a down location control unit based on DSP kernel. The controller and PC constitute a principal-subordinate control structure. The communication between PC and the controller is realized by USB. PC is responsible for the management of the human-computer interface and real-time supervise of the control system. The motion controller performs all details of motion control.
