Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of lead on human genetic material. Methods: The micronucleus rate of patients with lead was tested by micronucleus technology and compared with control group. Results: The micronucleus rate of patient group is 5.41‰.The micronucleus rate of control group is 1.40‰.The difference is obvious with chi-square test(P0.001).Conclusion: Lead would cause human chromosome damage.
