Abstract

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of cTnI (cardiac troponin I)and myocardial enzymes in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Myocardial enzymes in 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 35 cases of normal control group:Lχ20 automatic biochemical analyzer measurement of cTnI levels measured using microparticle enzyme immunoassay, comparative analysis of the diagnostic value of cTnI and myocardial enzymes. Results Acute myocardial infarction group the myocardial enzymes-positive rate were LDH87.5 %, CK-MB, 70 %, CK 72.5 % the cTnI positive rate of 100%. Conclusion The determination have good diagnostic value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction myocardial enzymes, but there is no the serum cTnI specific, sensitive.
