Analysis of agriculture natural disaster and influence in Heilongjiang province

The agriculture natural disaster mainly includes the drought,the flooding,the low temperature freeze injury,the wind hail,and the biological disaster in Heilongjiang Province,which has the seasonal characteristic,the regional characteristic,the periodicity and alternately and so on.The disaster has direct or indirect influence on the food production,the peasant household income as well as other social economy.The paper proposed suggestions from puts into,the agricultural insurance and the peasant household to prevent and reduce the disaster.
