The Construction of China Regional Technological Innovation Index System and Model

Technological innovation is the main power for the regional economic development,and has become the key factor to improve the regional competitiveness.This paper is based on the documentary study,expert selection and the designing principle of evaluation index system,and chooses 22 main factors as the evaluation indexes from five aspects,which are technological innovation input capacity,the technological innovation bracing capacity,the technological spreading capacity,the sustainable innovative capacity and the technological innovation outcome capacity,and builds a set of systematic,numerical and practical regional technological innovation index system.The paper brought forward a synthetic evaluation method on the regional technological innovation capacity,which is combined with improving fuzzy integral evaluation method.
