Abstract

[Objective]A high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC)was developed for the analysis of acetamiprid pesticide residue in tomato,Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.and.phaseolus vulgaris.[Methods]Acetamiprid was extracted from the samples by acetonitrile, salting, purified with LC-NH2 column, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The results showed a linear relationship in the range of 2.0-5.0 μg/ml for acetamiprid, the correlation coefficient was 0.997 8.The recoveries of acetamiprid in tomato was 102.7%-111.2%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)was 0.29%-1.60%.[Conclusion]The method is simple, effective and accurate. It can be applied to determinate acetamiprid pesticide residue in fresh vegetables.
