Abstract
With 29 maize inbred lines utilized popularly in Henan, the genetic diversities and heterosis groups of Henan maize gerplasm were classified by SRAP molecular markers. The genetic distance between parents and heterosis patterns of main popularized maize hybrids in Henan were analyzed.Based on the analyzed results of SRAP,29 inbred lines were classified into 4 groups,7 sub-groups.The clustering result was consistent with pedigree relationship.Average genetic resembled coefficients among groups were smaller than that within groups, showing the classification was reasonable. It is concluded that SRAP markers could be applied to classification.
