On Chen Li'Literary Theory

Chen Li,author of the famous Dong Shu Du Shu Ji,was a well-known scholar in modern times,who had great influence on modern learning in Guang Dong.Researchers commonly regard Chen Li as a classicist and philosopher and had less attention to his literary theory.Chen Li had no special works about literary theory,but we can find his literary theory from large numbers of reading notes,epistles and literary criticism and prefaces and postscripts.Chen Li reconciled the Han school of classical philology and the Song school,so his literary theory was the theory of contradiction conciliation,which is based on the classics.
