Abstract
Objective To investigate the CT characteristics of desmoplastic small round cell tumor(DSRCT).Methods Clinical data and CT images of 5 patients with DSRCT were retrospectively analyzed.Results Four cases showed multiple tumors in abdominal and pelvic cavity.The biggest one showed irregular shape,cystic and solid mass in mesenterium without calcification.One tumor showed huge cystic and solid masses originated from both ovaries,with surrounding metastatic lesions.CA125 were 172.20 U/ml,158.40 U/ml,126.70 U/ml,117.60 U/ml,96.90 U/ml(35 U/mL)in 5 patients.Conclusion CT features of DSRCT in abdominal and pelvic catity are variety.The CT features combined with laboratory tests are valuable to make correct diagnosis.
