On the Sustainable Development of Guangxi Locally Granted Student Loan

Guangxi locally-granted student loan have been developing with remarkable results,and still existing many problems and shortcomings.To make the locally-granted student loan develop sustainably,we put forward:making the risk control as government action,and establishing multi-party interaction system of owing on the loan;founding and improving the information exchange,work coordination mechanism between subjects;stricting application,enhance the authenticity of the loan materials;establish university funding work evaluation mechanism and implement different lending;improving loan policy,to make it more rational.
