Abstract

This text emphasizes the meaning of knowledge sharing and enterprise alliances,and analyses the cost and gain of knowledge sharing in enterprise alliance.By the complete and perfect information dynamic game analysis,the author probes into the equilibrium conditions of knowledge sharing in enterprise alliance.The perfect sub-game Nash equilibriums are given,which will be beneficial to maximize the profit from knowledge sharing of enterprise alliance.
