The observation and nursing of patients with pain in general surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nursing for patients with pain in general surgery.Methods All of 98 cases with general surgery from october 2010 to october 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given usual nursing methods while the observation group was received psychological nursing intervention before and after the surgery.Results After the postoperative nursing of the physical and mental for pain,the incidence of pain in the observation group was 32.65% significantly lower than 62.24% of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the general physical and psychological nursing for the patients with pain have a positive therapeutic effect,can promote early recovery of patients,and it is worth to be applied in clinical.
