Different dose irbesartan compared the curative effect of treating diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the diabetic nephropathy patients to adopt different dose irbesartan the effect of the reaction.Methods To extract 62 diabetic nephropathy patients and random grouping,the experimental group(using large dose irbesartan) is composed of 30 patients,control group(with small dose irbesartan) consists of 32 patients.Results The results show that two groups of patients with urinary albumin,serum potassium,BUN and blood pressure compared to before the treatment,standards are lower,the decline in proportion of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion He has certain curative effect in treating diabetic nephropathy with sand,in which the curative effect of large dose irbesartan is better.
