Abstract
In addition to analyzing the differences of the basic investment and financing system and its operating framework between China and some developed western countries, this paper further studies other differences such as the underlying economic surroundings, investment system and financing system.The study made in this paper can be helpful to provide some suggestions for China's investment and financing system reform.
