The System of Priority and the Legislation in Our Country

Abstract
As a kind of legal real right guaranteed,priority can be divided into two categories: general priority and special priority.Priority is a kind of legal,subordinate and undividable right;it has the characteristic of subrogate of real right,and it need not be public summoned through possession or registration.The author holds the view that we should establish the system of priority in our country.
