Reflection on Constructing a Harmonious Enterprise

A harmonious society need harmonious enterprises which will made them be stronger and stronger.There are four criteria for a harmonious enterprise.1st,enterprise attracts its employees who work on their own initiative.2nd,the need of each class of staff can be met.3rd,each operation and control system can be bring into full play.4th,maintaining benefit and to develop all-round,coordinately and continuously.Constructing a harmonious enterprise need distributing benefit scientifically and rationally,initiating most of people to partake extensively democratic management and to set up a reliable security system.
