ANALYSIS OF THE NATURE AND OBJECTIVES OF HARMONIOUS ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Starting from the elaboration of the connotation of harmony and harmonious enterprise management,the author defines the nature of harmonious enterprise management as a management philosophy that leads industrial development by advocating harmonious concept to enterprise operators,a management style aiming to promote general enterprise value,a management sub-system taking relationship management as its object and a management means to implement enterprise ethics and social duties.On this basis,the author puts forward the three objectives of enterprise management,that is,harmonious coexistence,all-round development and sustainable development.
