Losartan,Atorvastatin Aalcium,Amiodarone Aecurrence of Atrial Fibrillation and Left Atrial Function Impact Studies

Objective To observe the effect of Losartan,Amiodarone and Atorvastatin calcium coalescent action on the maintenance of sinus rhythm after conversing the persistent atrial fibrillation,including of the function on left atrium.Methods We selected 48 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.Then we randomly divided them in two groups after drug or transesophageal atrial pacing and cardioversion.We gave the patients in normal control group 0.2 g Amiodarone once a day.The patients in observational group were given 50 mg angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist(Losartan) once a day,10mg Atorvastatin Calcium once a day on the basis of treating with Amiodarone.In order to observe the changes of left atrial function and recurrence atrial fibrillation on the second day,the sixth month and the 12th month after cardioversion.Results After one year of follow-up,there is a significant difference(P0.05)of comparing the ecurrence atrial fibrillation in the two groups.The left atrial diameter of the patients in observational group emerged significant narrowing(P0.05) after one-year-treated.But no significant difference(P0.05) of those indicators emerged in the normal control group.Conclusion On the maintenance of sinus rhythm after conversing the persistent atrial fibrillation,to combine Losartan with Amiodarone and Atorvastatin Calcium is more effective than to give Amiodarone alone,and it can reverse left room to expand.
