Abstract
The application of the network circumstances has sent severe challenges to the traditional information resources construction in libraries. The construction of the network information resources has become the primary task for the existence and development of modern libraries. The thesis makes a thorough research into it and gives comment on the new changes and the ways of the information resources construction in libraries under the network circumstances.
