Abstract
A quick method for the detection of six kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residues in vegetable has been established in this paper which contains extracting the organophosphorus pesticides from vegetable with acetone and dichloromethane and then separating them through the DB-17 capillary column, and in the end accurately measuring by gas chromatograph with flame photometric detector. The satisfactory result was obtained after one time of suction and two times of extraction (A_1B_2) while the minimum detection limits were from 6.08×10 -4 mg/kg to 1.66×10 -3 mg/kg and the recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides residues ranged from 82.52% to 92.02%, with an average RSD of 6.31%~17.06%.The method is a quick and practical analysis detection method meeting the requirements of national method of pesticides residues analysis with accurate quality and quantity in the detection of six kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetable such as divhlorvos, chlorpyrifos, methamidoophos,parathion-methyl, monocrotophos and acephate.
